    Food was great! Service was wonderful and our server Jay was very personable. The staff seemed to work well together and have teamwork. The restaurant was clean. We came about 1:15 on a Sunday and they were busy.

    More than likely it was just today. Not sure if they were short handed or just a rush of people at once. Service started great. We sat down, was greeeted and had drink orders in within minutes. Drinks came out quick and we ordered food......an hour later, we were finding a wait staff person (ours was nowhere to be found) to get our food to go! I would have understood if we ordered wings, why there was the delay. Everybody else ordered wings and fryers we're backed up.... BUT we ordered burgers. Cooked completely different than wings!

    Awful service. Great food. I went there for my birthday lunch today and it was slow, maybe 4 tables in the whole restaurant. We were rushed through our whole visit. She refilled our drinks once. we got our wings and told us the fries would be out in a few minutes. The whole time she was busy talking to her friend, coworker, or whoever, who was sitting right behind us. Our fries were forgotten about, then she brought out the check and boxes after we asked her to take the fries off the check. We had planned on staying a bit and ordering more but we’re obviously not welcomed in. Will not be back. I was a waitress and I would never give service like this.

    After waiting a solid 7-8 minutes and no one coming to our table, I had to go all the the hostess. She was helpful/friendly and actually took our order. Then we ordered and the food too forever. Not sure if they are having kitchen issues or people not showing up to work but waiting twenty minutes for food at five pm is too long! Got the order and the food was hot and fresh. However, I ordered drumsticks only and got the normal. I didn't even bother telling the waitress. I figured if it took that long for the food to show up, I should just eat whet was delivered.

    I was there a few nights ago and my server I think his name was "Fox" was amazing. Very friendly, fast and funny loved him! Food was fast and hot. This Buffalo Wild wings is the best
